Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will perform at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show in Miami on Feb. 2, 2020.
Roc Nation entertainment company’s owner and known rapper Jay-Z recently announced a scandalous partnership with the NFL amongst fallout from the league’s relationship with former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. But it looks that Jay-Z halftime show can’t be run on-air until 2021.
This is a great achievement for Super Bowl Show that Jennifer Lopez has joined them, Lopez who is as popular in singing as in acting has recently turned 50 in July, she was in lights of Oscar buzz for her performance in the movie Hustlers, and Lopez was also given MTV’s Video Vanguard Award at the 2018 Music Video Awards (MVA). Despite having all of those triumphs Lopez still can’t compare with the Shakira who holds biggest and continued success globally. Both ladies have released their albums in Spanish too so we can expect to watch a show that will set standards for those non-native English speaking people who loves Super Bowl Show as much as the other audiences.
